This place came highly recommended by a Vietnamese acquaintance, who said this is as close as it gets to pho back home. After trying it out myself, I concur. Best place in town (so far). I always forget that their broth is already well-seasoned it barely needs any Hoisin or Sriracha, unlike many pho places around. I would highly recommend their cha gio, rolled thin with extra crispy batter.. my mouth is watering as I type this. I've never tried their rice dishes so I can only speak for their pho, but friends have told me they are pretty good as well.
I've been to Pho Tien Thanh many times, and they have always been consistent flavour-wise. There are usually line ups no matter what time of the day I go. The only caveat to this place would be the lack of ventilation.
