Just when I thought I'd be sending emails to Susan and her boss I'm instead putting my skills to work as a jedi master influencer marketer. Those who know me know I give mega props to great customer experiences and service. I'm a 30% to 40% tipper and love love love actions that build brand loyalty. I have been using Stanley for 6 years in this home I bought from two guys with pets, etc. and we have two little dogs. Sunk $125K into the yard a couple of years ago and the interior is next. Just keeping it as fresh as I can until the big interior redo. I see a commercial for Zerorez and say what the heck, they look innovative. Issue #1: They are running a THREE rooms for $135 special and I tell the girl I have two rooms, she tells me I have to PAY MORE for two rooms since it doesn't fit the mold of the special. I post to Facebook of my experience and Susan calls me and she sounds genuine in her desire to turn this around saying the person should have of course offered me the $135 so I schedule. And Susan you read these and I told you we had pets and that the guys before us had pets and that I was sure it was in the pad and YOU said your method got down into the pad. So Issue #2: Chris arrives on the scene and he has poor communication skills and I can hardly understand him. He starts going over my rooms with a blacklight saying "I recommend you buy new carpet." I didn't ask him here for his opinion about new carpet, I already decided I was redoing my interior. He told me he didn't have "near enough" of the "bait and switch" add on product at $75 a gallon which is how the prices are driven up with no flat fee but rather a per gallon price that you have to trust without being able to verify necessity and useage. I told Chris I went over this with Susan and just want the pretreat and clean and he says "well if you're okay with pet odor then ..." WHAT IDIOT ANSWERS THEY ARE OKAY WITH PET ODOR???? No one. I call the office and get someone named Teddie who is posing as a supervisor who tells me it's your job to recommend new carpet as being helpful and then goes over everything I already told Susan saying there needs to be upcharges. STAY AWAY FORM ZEROREZ FAR AWAY FROM ZEROREZ. This was the worst service tech I've ever had in my home who didn't want to do the work from the get go. Called Stanley to reschedule and apologize for cancelling with them and now it's Monday before I can get the carpet clean after I spend TWO HOURS putting my furniture up on the room and out of the way. WORST EVER experience. #ZEROSERVICE
