  • I usually frequent the other Ulta Beauty store on Rainbow but when this location was built, I was excited! After several visits here, to shop and for the salon, this location is far better than the Rainbow location. The staff seems nicer and more willing to help. And I like how their lines are never that long most of the time. And more often that not, you get greeted as soon as you walk in the door which is always a plus. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the salon. I don't know why but it always seems that whenever we (my daughter and I) show up for our hair appointments, the stylists are never ready. We always have to wait 15-20 minutes after our appointment time which is a bit ridiculous especially if it happens every single time. Other than that, everyone is friendly which is great.
