I've been here twice now and I love this little sanctuary in the middle of the city. However, when you leave you end up smelling like chlorine which I didn't like at all. Kind of takes away from the oasis like experience and feels more like you went swimming in a public pool. They should really work on making the waters more "natural" and less chemical (at least it smells super chemical-y).
The staff there are wonderful and very attentive to your needs. I haven't tried the treatments yet and don't know if I will because it seems a bit pricey for what is essentially a bath house. The prices are definitely up there with the best spas in Toronto.
All in all it's a good place to relax when it's not busy. When it does get busy the waters get a little noisy with all the women talking (the staff need to work on hushing these ladies up so they don't disturb other guests).
