  • I called to schedule an appointment. The receptionist was rude and refused to assist me with healthcare insurance. She told me call back when you have it figured out. I was referred to this office and find the staff horrible and I refuse to be treated in this manner. As the saying goes, you only get one chance to make a first impression. Dr. Ebner, I suggest you call in to your office and see how potential patients are being spoken to.
