  • Look no further. This is the perfect company for all your electrical needs. Alonso picks up the phone EVERY single time I call. I reiterate, he actually answers the phone! Oh my gosh, I am so tired of big companies that make me dial 1, 2, 3, leave a voicemail, and no one gets back to me for hours. But not 24-7 Electrical Services. They live up to their name. Jesus and Rene are also phenomenal. They are prompt, super friendly, professional, competent, and very reasonable. They call when they're on the way 30min before, patiently explain all my choices, deliver promises, and I could not be happier with my experience. They are also text-savvy, so they give me ETA updates and pictures of what they're describing so I can fully understand and be comfortable every step of the way. A backyard outlet had live wires exposed to the outdoor elements and was fraying badly. It was a huge fire hazard, and they fixed it for me up to city safety codes, and even put a clear plastic safety cover over it for extra protection. And if you have a house with no ceiling fan or lights, never fear. 24-7 Electric helped me install ceiling fans and lights in 3 rooms that didn't even have electrical pre-wiring before. The rooms light up beautifully now with wall switches by the door, so no wall lamp or long extension cord is needed. Thank you!! I give you an A+!
