  • HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEIR CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM AND THE CREME BRÛLÉE ICE CREAM. So as we ordered creme brûlée ice cream he continued to give us cheesecake. Plus I could visible see 2 other employees in back as the line increased with only one person working in front. Don't come here even if you think that your ice cream will still taste great despite people because believe me it will taste like the ice cream YOU DIDN'T ORDER. Also do employees not sing anymore when you give them a tip or did that just top off THE WORST coldstone's experience?!
