  • If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have never felt more unwelcome in my life. My fiance and I walked in and was ignored for about 4 min. She was on the phone in the back. The place looked under construction, so we assumed it had something to do with that. We didn't really care we could see she was flustered about something. So we asked if they were new and she said no they had been there for about 2 years. Still wasn't a big deal. So we asked about the coil we need and the liquids to try. She got us the 2 she suggested and let us try them, and got back on the phone with her dad to try and figure out how to fix the music. She came back and we asked her to try another flavor. At this point her friends had walked in and she didn't want to help us anymore, she got a very bi**** demeanor and was rude and nasty. We like the tank she was letting us use and asked her if they sold them, and she said no. And I asked her if she knew where to get it and she replied with "different stores sell different tips, but I don't know who sells what". Asking her this question seemed to be the biggest inconvenience at the moment for her. It seemed we were taking too much time since her friends were there. So we paid and left. As we walked out we both looked at each other and said we are never coming back. We are very patient, nonjudgmental people. I walked back in to get there card to write this review and everyone stopped their conversation to stare at me until I left. We both have never felt more unwelcomed in a place. We will never be returning and we will tell everyone we know to never go there either. We have a big pull in the vape community and will never send support or recommend this place to anyone.
