  • Warning: They use MSG. I ordered beef fried rice, took 3 bites and a few minutes later my neck started to tense up and fingers started to swell. I know how I react to MSG, it's basically an allergic reaction. So I asked the waiter if they used MSG and he said yes, but only a little bit and that they used salt as well. I don't understand why food establishments, especially Asian ones, have to use MSG and on top of that still use salt. They should disclose if they use MSG as a lot of people are allergic and it triggers migraines for some. Or better yet, just stop using it...it's a neurotoxin!!! Sea salt will suffice!!!
