  • Hello Jason, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, you seemed to have missed the point of my latest review about the importance of a promised follow up by your fellow manager Mark. It began with a sales pitch at your South Val Vista location by Chris, who signed me up for unlimited car washes for $15.99 a month. A few months later, WITHOUT NOTICE you hiked the price to $19.99. (you all cannot use the excuse that you didn't have my email address, as I sent you the latest add from THIS week that your all sent me.) I'm amazed on how your fellow colleagues try to blame past former management issues to worm your way out of promised research commitments to loyal (not for long) customers. I wss told by your colleague Mark, that current monthly recurring billing will increase yet again to $29.99! Double the original price? Are you kidding me? The fact that Chris at the South Val Vista location NEVER explained or discussed ANYTHING about this offer being a promotional price, you have a major failure & deceptive pricing tactics at your company. You desperately need a significantly better training program (concrrning FULL disclosure in sales and customer relations) across ALL of your locations here in the Valley. It's my opinion, if it occurred at both locations in Gilbert & here in Mesa, it's highly probable that this is a company wide issue and practice. The fact is yes, Mark spoke to me last week & explained the issue. However, he attempted to blame hold over employees of the original company prior to your merger. Additionally, you conveniently glossed over the fact that Mark, your fellow manager committed to follow up with me and didn't do so in spite of his face to face discussion with me and my two follow up mail I sent to the email address that he provided me via his business card. You know what Jason, trust me, you all will continue to lose good customers (I went from a totally satisfied five star YELP reviewer to a one star. Yikes!) Your lame & disingenuous generic response to a once 5 star reviewing customer reinforces you and your fellow managers lack understanding & value of true customer relations. What a disappointment to you & your non responding fellow manager, Mark. So yes Jason, I agree, I'm disappointed with yours & Marks misunderstanding of my issue. ____________________________________ This is a direct message to manager Mark. I spoke to you last week concerning the monthly price rate increase from $15.99 to $$19.99 without any notice from your company. And yes, you all have my email address due to the fact that I receive regular sales promotions from you. Fellow Yelpers, as you can see from my previous five star review of this company, (South Val Vista location in Gilbert where I was enrolled in their monthly program after a convincing sales pitch) I was very satisfied until they hiked their price from $15.99 up to $19.99 without any notification. Again, they have my email, as I receive multiple sales promotions. Yet, NO received notification received on the recurring monthly billing. Good job Cobblestone! Last week, I stopped in to the Southern & Higley location near my home and spoke to location manager Mark. He said that he'd check into the price rate increase and get back to me. As per my request, he provided me with a business card that included his contact information. I was initially good with his commitment to investigate my issue. However, after a week went by without a response. I sent Manager Mark an email requesting a follow up as per his verbal promise to do so. Well...he didn't follow up with me. I sent a second email per his email address listed on his business card (Mark, I sent you a second email yesterday, Thursday, September 21st, expressing my disappointment and asking for a reply by the next day at the close of business, today, Friday, September, 22nd. Disappointingly, NO response from site manager Mark). I will now cancel my recurring monthly membership with Cobblestone Auto Spa as they, in MY opinion, do not care about their loyal customers or any customers for that matter. Again, this is my opinion based on my experience with Cobblestone Auto Spa. Disappointed that this relationship (I reside less than a mile from this East Mesa location) has ended because of deceptive program prices, sales tactics (from the South Val Vista location in Gilbert where I was enrolled), and lack of response by my neighborhood Cobblestone location on Southern & Higley by site manager Mark. Disappointed with the trend of businesses not following through with customer (their life blood) issues. Thankful for free enterprise, that encourages competition which ultimately benefits customers. As I stated, thankfully, there are many other car wash/detail shops here in East Mesa. So long Cobblestone, a former customer who had at one time (in the not to distant past) rated you at 5 stars. I much regret the trust I placed in you and the monthly fees you charged me.
