  • Tim and Chris are awesome! I spoke with Tim on the phone before going to the store. He was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of great info before coming in. Plus he has an adorable British accent. Once I got to the store, Chris met me out front to help me bring in my old vacuum that I was trading in. Once inside Chris gave me a tutorial on how to use my new vacuum. He showed me how to take it apart, change the filters and what all of the buttons did. Then he put it together for me while Tim finished up the transaction. What a great team Dyson has at this location! They even carried the vacuum and parts out to my car for me! Not only was the vacuum a great price, but the customer service was head and shoulders above other stores!! One last thing: the price of the vacuum had actually gone down from the day that I called to the day I came in so I spent even a little less for an excellent vacuum and fabulous customer service!
