  • 0 stars the property management are slum lords! they don't want to take care of anything. I have to warn you that these people do not manage anything but the checks in the bank. Sue, treated me as a child and never routinely discredits my problems, everything from bad refugee, bad oven, toilets not flushing and moving into an UNCLEAN filthy house. SO sorry I have to rent at this time. I am use to owning my own homes since 1990 and would never rent to anyone without it being in great excellent condition and being grateful for a good tenant who wants to keep things well maintained. Also as a renter now ITS UN BELIEVABLE to me that the renter is paying every utility including landscaping and sewer. Try to find an owner that does not have these as property managers. This is the next wave of rip off artists.
