  • If I could give them no stars I would Family was moving to Vegas and had a 24ft truck and we got to Vegas abs light went on and the next morning power stirring went out this was Friday and Saturday we where supposed to be back in Cali Saturday afternoon (12pm) to finishing packing and they still couldn't get us a truck so we didn't go My uncle called to see if the had a truck and they tried to give him the truck we just took in not even an hour later with out fixing it We got fed up with them and got two 16ft trucks in rancho California My mom wanted to complain and talk to the supervisor and every time she called they put her on hold every time was longer then 10/15 mins ridiculous They only have us 40% off after 3 days of trying to take to their only supervisor ! DO NOT RENT FROM BUGET EVER ! I clicked the wrong location the one if of off tropicana and Decatur
