  • I was suspicious when their quote excluded the manufacturer's warranty. After consulting with the manufacturer, we determined they were using mismatched materials from different companies. Also found the manufacturer had never approved Monsoon as an installer of their materials. Both very bad signs. We agreed to cancel the contract and I went elsewhere.
