I'm going to mention the worst thing about this store first and its the traffic pattern outside. To drive by or find a parking space is a pain because you have people trying to get into the store and you have to keep stoping and there's tons of cars because its also the thruway. EXTREMLY bad planning. Getting into the store is just as bad because there's two directions of cars that have to keep stopping for people walking in. I work near here and don't even go after work anymore because of the traffic at that time of day. The second thing that annoys me is that there are no carts near the hot food/coffe shop/bakery area. If you need one over there or want to start your shopping over there you have to either park near another entrance or walk over to another entrance. So silly. I used the pick up service once and I was very happy with it. It takes planning, though, so haven't used it since. The store itself is very nice, if overpriced. The baked goods are wonderful. The hot foods are OK and I ususally pick up a rotisserie or fried chicken whenever I'm there even if I'm going to freeze it for another day. The meat is very expensive. They have all that space but only had a tiny shelf for car fluids and didn't have any steering fluid when I really needed it. The tiny Giant Eagle near me has 3 kinds. I think the store is too big and don't like having to schlep through the entire store for a few things. Tried to get a prescription after work one time and it took 45 minutes. Never doing that again. Although its very nice, I don't shop here as much as I could because of traffic, price and size of the store. Especially price as there are several cheaper alternatives near-by. When I do go its for the quality of the meat, produce and bakery.
