  • The day before Thanksgiving my boss tells me he has a nail in his tire and he needs it to be repaired or replaced before he leaves for the holiday weekend. My mind starts to spin thinking about how busy repair shops are going to be on this day with everyone trying to go out of town for Thanksgiving at grandmas. So I roll into Discount Tire at 10:20am to find few parking places and a waiting room full of people already. I speak with Andrey K. and he gets the process rolling. I ask for a loose estimate of how long it will take and am surprised when he tells me it'll be 45 minutes or less. I was expecting to need an Uber and to have lots of time to waste, so this answer was fantastic to hear :-) Sure enough, despite me having no appointment and it being the day before Thanksgiving, Andrey was true to his word = he got me in and out in under an hour!! Very impressive! I just love this location, they do such a great job at getting your needs met quickly so you can get on with your day :-)
