  • Very disappointed in this place. My husband and I were in town visiting from Colorado and were excited to check out a Pittsburgh Brewery. My mom told me she had terrible service when she went (they never brought her the drink she ordered and they didn't put in her dinner order till her friend finished hers). asked for a taster/sample (it's a brewery after all) and they said "we don't give those. You can buy a 5 oz glass." I explained I didn't really want to commit to 5 oz but he said "that's our policy". I then saw another bartender give a taster to another customer. She explained to us that it is the policy but she didn't agree with it so she gives the tasters. What?! The beer and food are mediocre and the place is loud. The parking is limited and worse of all the service is one of the worst I've experienced (and I loved in Miami for 6 years). Get a real, experienced GM. Better management, and watch some Customer Service videos with your team Mindful Brewery, and maybe I'll be back then. With so many brewery's popping up in Pittsburgh, you won't last with your bad attitudes and awful service.
