  • Renting a car is just typically that renting a car but major kudos for functioning kiosks. The line was 20 deep and we were not in the mood, we decided to give the kiosk a try and were done with our transaction in 5 mins! We then went to the garage to select our car, at first we were dusted and disgusted because the compact section was empty but the attendant quickly told us to pick a midsize with no additional cost, YAY. We drove off in our PT cruiser pronto, the whole ordeal took 15 mins tops and we were some happy campers. PT cruisers pretty much suck though, no power and gas hogs but what do you expect from American cars!?! Thanks Alamo for the free upgrade and easy self service.
