| - Well, this location is below average. Breakfast on Saturday morning was terrible. Dry, pre-made (frozen?) pancakes, greasy bacon, eggs - I couldn't find them. Marriott definitely does a better breakfast buffet. Asked for and got a high floor room - that looked right into the other side of the hotel. No view whatsoever. Airplanes landing overhead, which indicates how close this location is to the airport. Right in the flight path! Finally, knowing I was going to be staying here, I bought a Hyatt gift card via a fundraiser for my daughter's school. And they wouldn't honor it!! And were downright rude about it. I asked them to show me where it said that they wouldn't honor these fundraising gift cards and they said, "Well, in the future it will be on our website." So, I'm stuck with $100 gift card and they've charged my credit card for the $100 bucks for the room. No where does it say that the location has the right to refuse the gift card. Yet, I talked with three different people and they all (somewhat rudely) said something to the effect of "too bad, so sad" and treated me like I was trying to commit fraud. This was a fundraiser for my daughter's school!!
Anyway, bottom line: stick with Marriott or Hilton and avoid Hyatt, at least this location.
