rev:text	This family run franchise makes buying a car such a pleasure. Everyone from the receptionists, floor manager right up to the maintenance manager was professional and welcoming. Shawn De Souza came highly recommended to us and he did deliver. He searched the inventory list several times to make sure we got into a car that we would absolutely love. I was truly impressed by the product genius Rob Taal - who's enthusiasm and knowledge made our test drives such a valuable experience. His boasting about the cars obviously inspired us to make the purchase IMMEDIATELY. I really enjoyed having this brand ambassador onboard for the drive as it felt like less of a sales pitch and more like a product endorsement which made me feel really comfortable as he was able to answer all of our questions. Policaro obviously felt like having a product specialist is an investment - something that other luxury dealerships didn't consider and made this dealership stand out heads and shoulders above other brands and even above other BMW dealerships that we visited in the last month. The hardest working person on staff, Ms. Nena Pozzo - she's the lady you speak to about financing etc... and she could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. She's very informative and helpful, as well as super-interactive when it comes to questions, and returning emails. Fortunado, was also very down to earth in sharing a bit of his 'history' with the company... I felt as though they valued my patronage and made this much less of an intimidating experience. Thank you everyone at Policaro - this was a wonderful experience.
