  • Crappy nail job and even better sherlyn treated me like thrash I had booked an appointment for gel nail extensions as I live in the south end (I bite my nails and I went there to give myself a fair chance) and I turned up late by 8 mins (I am new to the city). So the first thing that happened was cold welcome (Damn I should have left) and then someone walked up asked what I needed and I told them.. This the point the bad experience started.. 1. Yelling is not acceptable even if u do it subtlety. 2. Sherlyn started sticking the nail extension and suddenly I realized it's not gel when I asked she cooly said its acrylic and after 3 attempts of asking why not gel she said gel won't stick . I didn't like the disgusting look she gave every time I asked 3. 45$ for a bad acrylic extension is expensive. 4. The acrylic glue was applied to my cuts (mercilessly although I made a noise) sherlyn didn't seem to care. 5.before I left I took her name so that I could write here Let me cut it short I felt I was treated so badly because I am an expat or may be of certain race cause she seemed nice every one else. Once I left Cried because I have lived in 3 other countries and no has treated me so bad. I fact this is my first bad experience in Charlotte. I think Sassy nail bar there is some thing wrong with u guys and I thing u need lessons on how treat everyone equally. May be u can put a board saying 'No Expats and walkin at your own risk'. I AM NEVER COMIN.
