  • The food: The Texas Redfish and Scallop Ceviche were pretty good. The mixed drink was great. The cornbread, bread basket brought to the table, was uninspiring. The service: The place was virtually empty, with a few couples in the bar area, and we are placed at a table in the back of the restaurant. 5 minutes later, in come two women with a gaggle of kids. 2 minutes after they arrive, there is a kid rolling around on the ground making squalling noises. I asked the waiter why they put the people with kids next to a couple like us? I got the blank, thousand yard stare, and thank the heavens we still live in a country where wait staff get a large portion of their salary from tips.
