  • I have to agree 100% with Charly, the staff was inexperienced, or based off the interaction with Osmar. Let me tell you about my first/last experience at this place. You start by grabbing a paper bag and filling out the form, for how you want you sandwich prepared. *you must read EVERYTHING very carefully because nothing was explained to me. I ordered 3 total sandwiches. First was a steak and cheese.. I conversed about the cheese on a steak and cheese and ordered my sandwich. Next; I made the mistake of ordering a large, with double meat and double cheese. This ONE sandwich was $17 dollars!!!! Whaaaat!!! $17 for a sandwich?? No drink/no chips or anything else!!!! WTF, still pissed but didn't realize till after I left the joint! Also, the cash register doesn't show you the cost of anything as it gets rung up. Third sub, basic ham and cheese. As I sit at a table, and wait for my subs, I realize my elbows are on top of breadcrumbs, lettuce and whatever else and was disgusting. I start looking around because the table is so disgusting, I see that they have a #8 sandwich, and it's steak and cheese! Same as sub 1. Never was it even mentioned to me, even after asking about the cheese on the steak and cheese, but no 'hey, that's a special' or anything like that. Get home to discover the steak and cheese, included onions. Again, it was never mentioned. Avoid this confusing place and stick to the norm!
