  • Last month I wrote a a reply to a post on YouTube regarding JetsuiteX. It's 60 years of age it was my first time ever responding to a social media site. Is Airline continues to amaze me and I was felt it was time to write my comments on a well-known public site. This Sunday, August 12th I will have completed my 17th round trip with jetsuitex. As I've stated before, this is how flying used to be back in the 1970s. All of the personnel I have come and countered with both personally and on the phone are exemplary in nature. They are trained in the Fine Art of customer service and express a genuine love of their jobs. The Burbank based ground crew such as Helena and Leslie are quite exceptional and always have a lovely smile to greet you on either departure or arrival. The Las Vegas ground crew such as Pilea, Krista and Carly are some of JetSuites's very best. As most of the employees know I fly with my pug named Molly Malone. Lisa and Courtney take care of her. I believe she is much more well-known with the company than I am. And I'd like to personally thank Captain Bill for always greeting us and gave us a great gift of a jetsuitex cap. I usually don't like to mention names because of leave somebody out and that was not the intent this time. This is a review to thank everybody for the exceptional service, ultra-safe flights and a feeling of the flight being part of your travel adventure!
