  • Kelly's used to be my favorite happy hour in town! Then when I had 8 colleagues in from out of town, Kelly's was the place I suggested. So imagine my surprise when I walk up to the door at 5 p.m. on a Monday night and the doors are locked! No one answered the phone and there wasn't any indication on social media that they would be closed. Guys, what happened? Thank goodness we have more happy hours in town. If Kelly's management can't be open during posted hours or explain why they were closed, I simply cannot be a patron anymore.
