  • The previous review took the words out of my mouth. I've been in Charlotte for a long time and love BBQ. There are a number of great BBQ restaurants here. What I love about Midtown Smokehouse was not only the food, It is incredible, but the service in the midst of packed place was PERFECT. I love it when I the appetizers vs. the entrees are timed perfectly. Meaning, when apps are requested they don't come out at the same time as the entree's. I know that may sound trite, but it really does show attention to detail. My complements to the Chef, Staff and Management. For those who are visiting, you may wait for a table, but it's well worth it. Mac's Speedway and Queen City BBQ, I love you very much. Ya'll are awesome. But you have some competition. :-) Mean that with respect.
