  • Came here at noon for a strawberry acai refresher. This is mainly about the service. (I should mention I've never had a problem here before, only with this barista) My barista was a young girl- short, and had dirty blonde hair. She stared at me and just kept talking to a coworker. After a minute she finally asked what I wanted. Rudely asked the size of the drink, and left me with my card inside of the machine until she was finished making my drink (which took a few minutes because she continued her earlier conversation). When it was done she set the drink on HER side of the counter and walked away without saying anything. I had to reach over the counter to grab it, and I was never offered a receipt. Not to mention my pretty simple drink, is gross. Barely any flavoring and ice.
