rev:text	I have been coming here for years and it's by far the best dentist experience a person can have. The entire staff greets you and remembers you by name. When you have a billing question or insurance question or issue Mimi solves it immediately and have never had to make multiple phone calls or had frustration involved. Dr. Douglas has done tons of repairs that past dentists did poorly and work on me that has left me with no aches or pains with a Novocain process that I tell everyone asking for a dentist referral about. There is no wait for the pinch or pain involved what so ever. There has been times he doesn't even tell me he is giving it to me and just says "lets wait for that to numb up and I will be back in a few", no bracing for that needle to go in. Peggie has cleaned my teeth every time and always leave with no pain and a mouth feeling way more clean then when I walked in. The rest of the staff is also fantastic and it's obvious they are treated well as employees as the faces always stay the same. I have done Invisalign with them as well which was a great experience as well. They were very accommodating on making appointments for the Invisalign follow ups and always got me in and out with no wait or delay. Not to mention how straight my teeth came out after it. I have also heard horror stories from others that have done Invisalign that they get to the end and the dentist wants to charge big prices to get the retainer that's needed. They do not do that here and your first ones are included. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anybody. I drive from Gilbert to Scottsdale, which with Invisalign was every few weeks, and don't think twice about it as I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
