  • Very disappointed with this salon. After reading reviews of this salon I thought I would give it a try and get a cut here. Called the day before for an appointment and they put me in at 9:30am. Got there right at 9:30am to see the doors wide open but no one was there to greet me at the door or at the receptionist desk. I looked around but couldn't see anyone. Waited around 5 minutes to see that there was a lady that worked there washing her own hair at the back and could not hear me come in. She apologized and proceeded to guide me to a salon chair after checking that I had an appointment. I waited for around 20 minutes until another stylist informed me that the stylist that was going to be cutting my hair, Mitchel, was on his way. I waited for another 10 minutes to see other stylists starting to cut other people's hair but still no one to check on me or update me so I got up and left. As I was about to leave the original stylist that told me that Mitchel was on his way asked me if I even had an appointment. It was checked on their agenda that my name was on it and he asked me if Mitchel knew. This was my first time going and I assumed that the person I called would have notified the stylist. I am very disappointed and would not recommend people going to this salon. I think it would have been easier for any other stylist to contact Mitchel that he had a client instead of asking if I have contacted him.
