  • We are going on our second year of living here and I would say wow this place is awful. The front office doesn't do their jobs well. Only one of them is pleasant to be around. The Maintenance men except for 2 of them are very rude and it takes them forever to fix something in your apartment. Last year our cooler stopped working in May and they didn't come out to see what was wrong with it until October. Also it took them 2 months to come out and fix a broken light fixture. The "gated community" is a crock most people are to lazy to go through the front so they wait for you to come out the exit to squeeze through. I don't know how many times i almost had a head on with some of these idiots. The dog owners here don't pick up after their dogs and several don't keep them on leashes. I won't let my kids go out and play due to the numerous amounts of dog crap pile that are out there. The laundry rooms are crappy, the gym equipment is always broken and some of the neighbors are just flat out rude. We are to broke to move out so we are stuck here until we can afford to get a new place. but if we had the money we would break the lease and leave NOW.
