This was the first time I ate here. Met a prospective candidate for lunch. I gave it 3 stars for the following:
1. The taste of the House Cucumber Roll was dominated by the cucumber, which probably explains the name. I had to remove 2 wraps just to taste the Salmon and Tuna. Priced too high considering you really couldn't taste the fish. Also the Ponzu sauce was only placed on 1 of the 8 rolls.
2. Tuna Crunch roll called for "lightly" Panko tuna, but the Panko was over done, taking away the taste of the tuna.
Fortunately, the Spider Roll turned out really good. Considering the overall cost of lunch, with 2 out of the 3 orders below expectations, a 3-star rating was appropriate. Without the Spider Roll, I would have likely rated a 2 to 2.5 for the experience.
