  • I would not rent here at all. It seems that the management team just doesn't care about their residents. The management team is so very rude and very unprofessional. They do not have proper phone etiquette for a property management company. Anytime you ask any management a question, you will get a different answer from everyone. They all run around like chicken with their heads cut off and they all act as if they have no clue whats going on in the moment. Not to mention that they let anyone rent here, and I do mean anyone. They have the most ghetto people here. The demographic here sucks. Save yourself the grief and find a more better management community to live in where you don't have to worry about your neighbors.
