  • I recently moved my daughter and her roommate into the Onnix in Tempe, AZ. She has lived there, going on day 3. 1st day everything appeared decent and for the price, not bad. Appliances appeared upgraded, faux wood flooring, fresh paint, etc... At night, she found that there was a bug and roach infestation. I am not a bug expert, but roaches seem to get hard to get rid of, not to mention, rather disgusting. I am tempted to try to get out of the lease because I don't recall reading, in the lease, that the apartment / amenities comes with a laundry room, exercise room, swimming pool, PLUS 1000 cock roaches to keep you company at night. I am going to try and give them the benefit of the doubt and see if they fix this situation. So far, not good, and I am giving them 1 star. Office staff is fine, a little disorganized, but I get it, they have 100s of units and people are trying to move in. Club house/office, very nice, but unfortunately, we don't get to live in the club house. We are living in the ghetto. Luxury apartments should not come with cockroaches the size of King Kong. We will give these jokers 1 week to get this right.
