  • Saw the PA at the Tenaya location yesterday. I was coming in off of a recommendation from a friend who uses the Henderson location but couldn't get in the that facility. Mistake on my part. The PA I saw was not only condescending but told me if I wanted the procedure done today, it would now become cosmetic and that my insurance wouldn't pay it...... not true. This comes after the nurse told me that I would not be getting it done because it was almost beer o'clock and they needed more time. Sad thing is that I could hear the conversation outside the door before he entered where the nurse told him I would like to have this procedure done and before even looking or speaking to me said "nope" and walks in. My recommendation is to stay away from this place. Unless you like being talked down to.
