Ate here for breakfast on 12/28/2016, our last day in Vegas on our four day trip. We decided to split the Ham Omelette and a Cinnamon Roll. Food was ok, nothing overly tantalizing to my taste buds or anything like that though. Omelette was a little on the watery side and even though the Cinnamon Roll was yummy it was very cold in the middle, I should of thought to have them heat it up but if we ever eat here again I'll remember that.
Only one snaffu during our experience, they originally brought me cinnamon toast first and I showed the waitress Maria that I had in fact ordered the Cinnamon Roll. After a few minutes I was wondering if I was ever going to get my Cinnamon Roll but then I realized for as busy as they were they were VERY understaffed.
Basically you order you food and pay at the front counter then find yourself a seat. Since they were obviously understaffed there were quite a few tables empty but not yet cleared, saw a patron clear off and wipe down here own table as there weren't any available to sit at. I think if they had busers it would make this place much better.
Overall wasn't a horrible experience and our waitress Maria, was friendly, attentive and kept the coffee flowing which is always a plus in my book. If we stay at the Mirage again on our next Vegas trip I'd give this place another shot, hopefully they give the servers some much needed help.
