  • Lovely experience: Booked an appointment at Blu Ivory for a Friday afternoon. My Mam, Sister and I arrived and were greeted by Madison (store manager/owner?) who said she was just finishing up with a previous bride and would be right with us. She brought an additional chair for us all to have a seat. When about 5 mins had passed Madison checked back in with us, apologized and told us to look around the store and take out any dresses we liked. When the other bride left we had Madison's undivided attention and she was lovely. I tried on about 10 dresses and wasn't rushed at all. She allowed me to try on different styles and helped me in and out of each dress. We narrowed it down to two favorites and she wrote the name and style down for me. The store has a slightly smaller selection than some other salons I visited but still had something to suit all at a variety of price points. I had a fab experience in the store and Madison followed up with a phone call a few days later. She was professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
