The absolute worst property management company.
We had nothing but issues with them from day one. We drove from NC to NV, I called them numerous times about getting the keys to our condo. Security deposit and first months rent was already paid. Finally got someone while in AZ who said I had to have an appointment to sign the lease and get the keys. Umm you guys knew for over a week when we'd arrive and nobody told me this?! Finally got the keys and key card for the gate, there was 2 of us and only one key card. We were told by the HOA a key card is $10, Triumph tried to charge us $60. And none of the keys except the front door key worked. We had to have keys made and even had to buy a lock for the mailbox so we'd have a key. Triumph refused to help.
At one point I was behind on rent due to a family emergency and losing my job. I made a partial payment of $300 leaving a $300 balance. They refused to work with me and refused a partial payment, which is illegal.
Another issue is that if something goes wrong in household, a maintenance request has to be filled out and takes weeks to even get answer or for them to get someone out to fix. We put in a request for the wiring, we had no working phone jacks and no way to get internet. It is illegal in NV to rent a unit without at least one working phone jack. They gave us the runaround for over SIX MONTHS. It was NEVER fixed. We had a water leak and black mold due to old lines, put in 3 work requests and after 5-6 weeks it was finally repaired. Part of the upstairs ceiling was falling in and was also never addressed.
Super rude and unprofessional staff as well. Tiara (the leasing agent) was the worst to deal with. She always had a smirk on her face and never gave options or understanding. She was super rude and had a "I-dont-care" attitude. When I was behind on rent I went in person to talk to her and all she gave me was attitude and told me my situation was not her problem.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
