  • Be very careful about the clinic at 1804 W Elliot Rd Tempe, AZ 85284. We have been to others without issue, but this one there is clearly a lack of oversight and concern. I took my 18-year-old son who is a Senior in High School to get his swollen pinkie checked out after an injury. They did an x-ray and said they would have it read by an expert and contact us by day's end to let us know if it's broken. We were NEVER contacted. I spent a week trying to get through but no one answered the phone. I finally called billing (they answered) and pleaded for help getting through to a person who could give results - they transferred me back to the clinic where no one answered. I finally got through A WEEK LATER and they refused to give me results since my son is 18. He was at school when I finally got through and he cannot call during class. When I texted him, he recalled giving permission for me to talk to them on the paperwork he filled out when we were there. They certainly didn't ask for his permission to take my money. I am appalled. We STILL don't know the results and his finger is still messed up.
