  • Held hostage on flight 646 on 8/11 for 7.5 hours so far. Little information and calls every half hour ( frequent flier perk) saying they are delaying another half an hour. The best part is I got upgraded on their new plane where first was clearly sized for people under 5 feet. No food, two crews timing out and two other planes have gone to Boston. But alas, no refunds as this plane is going today once they unload fuel they put on for rerouting. Astounding levels of incompetence.
