rev:text	UGH. WHY DID I IGNORE THESE REVIEWS?! I moved from Cincinnati, OH to Seattle, WA at the end of June 2016. Every step of the way these people were awful. Moving Out: -The movers arrived late to my apartment to begin the move out process. -My Gillette razor refills all mysteriously disappeared off my bathroom counter after I went downstairs in my building to check my mail. Complained to Elite and they did nothing -I labeled several boxes as fragile and was ASSURED they'd be treated as such during the move process. They also boxed up my TV, several large framed picture, lamps, and a steamer. Moving in to new apartment: -Truck finally arrives and they open the door. I can immediately see my fragile box has been completely DESTROYED. As in, the seams are all completely busted and they can barely remove it from the truck without all of the contents spilling out. The crazy thing about this is that this was the only box with damage. It was packed perfectly. One of the guys unpacking the truck just shook his head and said he was very sorry. -Out of the things that they backed, 3/4ths of them were damaged. My 52" TV was scratched on the screen, my lamps were broken, my pictures suffered damaged glass and frames. -They scratched up my new apartment wood floors despite me telling the movers several times to stop dragging the chairs across the floor as they were moving them in. Needless to say this was a horrific experience. This THE worst moving company I could've used. Beware.
