  • I came in here after a busy work day to get see about getting a new remote for my Digital Receiver. The battery in the remote I had exploded and there was battery acid everywhere. I came into the store with the old remote so that I knew exactly what it looked like to match up a new one. I fully expected to have to pay for a new one, but they gave it to me for free! Not sure if it typically comes for free, but regardless, their customer service is on point for just that small gesture alone! I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. I stayed a bit longer to charge up my phone on one of their stands HAH! Great customer service guys!
