  • We traveled to Charlotte to attend the Queen's Volleyball Tournament, which was a 2 day event. My niece who attends USC Aiken was playing. We had a late check in but everything was ready for us, or so we thought. We thought we would have 2 queen beds. Instead there were 2 fulls. The next day, we slept late, when we began taking our showers we found there were only 2 bath cloths, towels, and hand towels. There were 3 of us. My niece had to go down and get another set. I had a cup of coffee. Then we left to go to the tournament. When we finally returned late that night we all fell in bed exhausted after a day of watching volleyball. We knew the next day we had an early call and had to leave by 11 pm. We went down to eat breakfast in the hotel but they had stopped serving at 10 am. We were shocked since most hotels serve until 11 am on Saturdays. When we returned that night, our room was less than satisfactory. 2 pillows had no pillow cases, coffee and cups had not been replinished AND to top it all off the next morning we had been given 3 of everything for showering EXCEPT was cloths!
