  • Wow what the heck! Came in to literally send a quick fax and it took over 20 minutes it's ridiculous. I walked in the store at 10:05 and it's now 10:27 I was standing in line to pay and there was two people working and for whatever reason whenever somebody new came into the store they would help them before they would allow me to pay. Four people pretty much cut in front of me. When I was already standing in line, like I can't believe the customer service that I just received or lack thereof I should say. At one point I started pulling out my money and was just going to leave it on the counter! I only faxed one page, then the guy sees me putting the money on the counter runs over and he's like "oh that'll be $2" I just gave him $3 didn't take the change and left. I'm super disappointed and frustrated will not be returning to this location.
