  • The downtown location has turned into a dump!!! Waited 1 hr for a beef sandwich. People actually applauded when they called their order. All trash cans were full and stacked with plates. Sauce container was empty with plastic forks at the bottom that had fallen in. The food was sloppy and they had a bunch of teenagers running the business. The filth was gross!! I used to be a fan but now I'm taking 1 yr off before I return!!
