  • When you need to purchase a car you have to go see Steven Hoffman at Findlay Cadillac. The dealership has a great selection of vehicles, and a huge indoor showroom. and very friendly people. My mother and I came in there after having a not so great experience across town at another Cadillac dealer. Steven met us with a big smile, warm greeting. I gave him an idea of what I wanted and he suggested we come to his office and discuss our options. He listened to my wants and asked the the right questions based on my needs. This was a first. Steven took us to the indoor showroom and showed us some models, and colors. After I figured out what I wanted he found the car and drove it to us. He did not make us walk all over, Very considerate. His Manager Jason came and greeted us to be sure we were being treated well. He really cares and the whole place made us feel special. We were even given lunch while we were doing the paperwork, I will never buy another car unless Steven is selling it to me.
