This location is the same company as the one at PALACE STATION but the food is not as good. The oyster bar at palace station is probably my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas but I hate the 1-2 hour wait while watching everyone else eat. So the idea of an oyster bar with no line sounds amazing to me. This place is located at the Sante Fe and yes there was no line when I came. They have more bar seating and even a few tables. First thing I noticed is the chefs do not cook the food in front you of like at palace station, there's a barrier between the people sitting at the bar seats and the stove. Food here just did not taste the same. I may be biased because I compared this to the same food as palace station, but if you're the same restaurant, wouldn't the food also taste the same? Also, the service here was very slow. I just did not feel like a priority and probably waited at least 20-25 minutes just to pay my check. Overall, this place is okay but I rather wait in line at palace station for some on toast than go here.
