  • Came in to get a car wash and was talked into their "Unlimited VIP program". I asked all the questions about canceling and was informed all I had to do was call in at least 14 days prior to when they were going to pull the money out. Mind you I haven't even been back to your facility since I got the car wash the first time but continued to pay $40 every month. My truck was still dirty after they washed it with their "VIP Car Wash". Called in today and the woman who answered the phone was rude put me on hold for the car wash department and the lady got on the phone and said that I have to come in to sign something in order to cancel. This is beyond ridiculous since I was told something else when I first signed up. Now I have to waste my time to come up to your facility to cancel? I'll make sure after I do so that I will never step foot in a Jackson's car wash again! Nor my family and friends.
