  • I usually use the automatic wash and have no problems at all. They do an ok job which I don't mind because I typically wash my car by hand so a quick touch up is all I'm looking for. The problem is that when the machine doesn't work you are treated like a thief when you ask for your money back. It happened to me when the manager wasn't there and the guy working there is the laziest person you can imagine. At first he wouldn't even help and then when I called the manager he did only the minimum to get me out of there. I did end up getting a refund but it took 3 days.
