  • I called Parker and Son's when I had a bad experience with another big AC co. and I am very happy I did. For starters, the rep I spoke with was polite and was more than happy to schedule a free consult for me to compare. The Tech Rep came out the next day and to my delight was very thorough. Jose explained everything in detail to my wife and even called out AC unit manufacture to check if the parts were still under warranty! Wow! The service rep that orders the parts was also very polite. It seems like everyone here likes there job and takes the time to GO THE EXTRA MILE. I will warn you, they are not cheap. I ended up paying about an extra 33% more for the same work with another company but I'm getting quality work by people I really feel I can trust.
