  • Since I live around the area and shop the new Fry's Dove valley a lot. I would like to give this new nail place a try. The technician Vicky was terrible and rude without even introducing herself before she started. She acts like she is too good for this job and too good to take care of other people's nails. The worst thing was that she was so careless and rough while doing my nails. She cut my two cuticles bleeding while doing my hands. She never said sorry rather than trying to apply alcohol to my bleeding fingers. I refused to let her continue to cut on me. The salon manager only looked at my hands and fingers, did not apologize to me either. I applied antibiotic ointment for a few days and the cuts were healed without infection luckily. I am a NP working at a family practice and I can imagine a little cut can cause a lot of problems such as bad infections which need to be treated with oral antibiotics. Not safe place to go which is the basic standard for any businesses.
